Delaware Valley Shelby Dodge Auto Club
For owners of Chrysler, Dodge, Plymouth, Shelby cars
We are the Delaware Valley Chapter of the National Shelby-Dodge Automobile Club. The Delaware Valley Chapter of the Shelby Dodge Auto Club is an automotive enthusiast group whose aim is to preserve the spirit of “Power by Dodge, Unleashed by Shelby”. The cars produced by Shelby Automobiles Inc. and the Dodge Division of Chrysler Corporation under the guidance and influence of the legendary Carroll Shelby continue to be standouts in the performance car market. As such, they take their place in history alongside the 1962 Shelby Cobra as a breed of vehicles that give more “bang for the buck” than their higher priced competitors. The enthusiast who understands and appreciates these traits is the typical DV-SDAC member. This individual enjoys the performance, style, and technical innovation provided by their Shelby Dodge automobile. Members in the club are enthusiasts of Chrysler vehicles that bear Carroll Shelby’s name, those that bear Carroll Shelby’s influence, and lots of other Chrysler performance vehicles. Although we are a performance FWD Mopar club, first and foremost, we are also enthusiastic supporters of the Chrysler heritage, and Mopars of all kinds . This includes everything from the Shelby GLH-S cars to the Shelby Dakota, but also everything from the 1978 Dodge Omni up to the Dodge SRT’s. We welcome any car that was directly or indirectly influenced by Carroll Shelby and Chrysler Corporation. We have a few “unique” Mopars as well. We welcome any enthusiast of these vehicles, whether they own one or not. Everyone is invited to attend one of our meetings to see how we run this club, you are sure to be impressed. What We Do Our club organizes and/or participates in all kinds of automotive events. From car shows, hill climbs, road races, autocross, cruises, dyno days, etc. The DV-SDAC monthly club meetings are usually held on the last Sunday of each month. These meetings are held at various locations throughout the Tri-state area. Check the meetings section for more info.
We are open to any and all suggestions for events that we should be a part of! If you know of a local car show, fund raiser, race, etc. Please let us know! We will be there promoting the “Shelby/Dodge” image!
