Kumho Tires Grassroots Motorsports $2009 Challenge Schedule

• Oct 8
  • 5:30 p.m.–8 p.m. — Welcome Party/Competitor Check-In
    All participants are invited to a welcome party/competitor check-in at the host hotel from 5:30-9 p.m. on Thursday. Be prepared to hand in your completed entry forms and any build information at this time. Friday’s autocross/concours order will be determined at this time.  Refreshments, including finger food, appetizers and beverages will be served.
• Oct 9
  • 8 a.m.–5 p.m. — Autocross and Concours
    We will converge at the Gainesville Raceway gates at 8:00 a.m.  
  • 7 p.m.–11 p.m. — Social
    There is a Friday night get-together at the host hotel from 7-11 p.m. There will be door prizes, finger food, appetizers, carved meat, etc. An AV screen will be showing car-guy movies. There will also be slot car racing courtesty of Scalextric. Water, iced tea, coffee, soda and beer will be served.

  • 8:30 a.m.–4 p.m. — Drag Racing and Concours
    We will converge at the Gainesville Raceway gates at 8:30 a.m.
  • 7 p.m.–10 p.m. — Awards Banquet
