I know that we're not afraid of Benz's anymore, but is this car as bad an idea as it sounds? I mean really....what could go wrong??

Its had rims put on it, so its probably been on the deferred maintenance schedule for quite a while.

I think the "lift kit" is to allow the hoopties to be mounted! Looks like it is in good condition, but I still think running away is the best plan!

I've been looking at them myself for the cop car, but they seem to make them for everything fairly inexpensively.

It's $1700 bucks......are you guys really expected a fully maintained, unmolested s500 for that? That's basically parts car money for one of these.

You could make a lot of the purchase price back stripping and parting that interior.....lots of good stuff there.
