This is mine. At one point this was going to be a 3rd Challenge car, but now I'd rather have the money. And we'll still be there with 2 other Miatas.

Price drop...now $1750. I also have an almost brand new canvas top (plastic zip out window) that I can include for $250 extra

    1991 Miata

    • 175k on chassis

    • 95k on 1995 1.8L motor

    • Flyin' Miata swap kit and Mazdaspeed motor mounts

    • Redtop battery

    • Replacement left front fender

    • Bitchin' JDM (yo!) bubble shifter (stock shifter available too)

Please note...the following items are not included in the sale and will be removed prior

    • Hard top

    • Aluminum radiator (will be replaced by known good stock unit)

    • Rota rims (will be replaced by 1999 Miata rims in good condition)

    The good:

    • Car runs very well. I bought it out of Orlando and it drove home perfectly.

    • Interior in very good shape.

    The bad:

    • Top needs new rear window

    • Suspension is tired

    • A/C present but not working. PO did not complete that part of the swap

    • Needs paint

What kind of shift knob is that? It almost looks like you could put gold fish in it

Someone I know referred to it as a sexual device.

It could also pass as a lava lamp.

Interestingly, it's fairly useful. It adds nice extra weight and puts the shifter close to the driver. They seem to be available in a few places for around $80 bucks. Just "interesting" looking.

See below. I can't read any of it, but that's the shifter. http://www.seikosangyo.co.jp/product/productno/es/ES-032.html

Pics of the front end showing hood/bumper/fender alignment? Any rust?

I can take some more (better) pictures, but this is one I have from the PO. No front end aligment issues whatsoever. I'm including a pair of good turn signal lenses with the car.

And no rust whatsoever. My Challenge car ended up having fairly big holes in both floorboards () so I went over this car very carefully. It's in great shape top and bottom.

Bump. Anyone coming to the Challenge who wants to take this home?

Clean it up and flip it in the land of rusty Miatas?

Trade? If you included the top.

Or my pretty much complete but not put together v8 rx7 project?

Thanks, but I'm looking for the cash out of this one.
