I pull out monday morning for the long drive from Ontario to FLA.. One thing I neglected to find was a set of drag slicks.. I have about $170 left in my budget... Anyone going have a set they want to sell? 13's or 14's...

I have a set of 14" slicks for $100. However, I'm not going to make it to the challenge this year and would be about 200 miles out of your way.

See if a friendly competitor might have a pair on their car that will fit yours. If they've got less than $170 in them, you could just borrow them for a few passes. That way you wouldn't be out any money, although you would have to put the total they spent on them in your budget.

Like 16vCorey says, you've got a turbo Civic IIRC...there should be 15 or 20 teams there with the same car, so you can share wheels as long as you have room in the budget.

if you're desperate and can get to jacksonville i have a set of toyo ra1 225x50x14s but they're not on wheels. some very mild cording on one side but i'm sure you could get some runs down the drag strip without a problem.free of charge
