1975 Datsun 280z-restoration needed.

This car DOES not run. It was parked in 2000 with the intention of restore, but that has not happened so wife says it must go since it is now parked in driveway.
The car is silver with black interior, ac and has the 4 spd trans. (982 last digits of vin). Is all there, minus couple trim pieces, and does suffer from "cancer" in all the typical places.
