Yeah, spell check wouldn't have fixed the punctuation or the grammar anyhow :)

I wouldn't even rebuild that motor.
I'd spend $2000 and get a Caldina GT4 motor set shipped to your door. Then spend $400 and send your harnesses to Dr. Tweak so it becomes a plug and play swap.
Drop it in, start it, and enjoy probably being faster than the old 1st gen 3sgte would ever be. Oh, and ditching that *)&@#^$(*&T@#$(%^@#(&*$@#()$^@#&%^@#*(&^ AFM!!!!
Enjoy being faster than that brand new Evo X down the street, too.
