I'm selling my Challenge Car. I ran it for the past two years at the Challenge, car #46, the BRE themed Sentra SE-R.
First the bad, car threw a rod through the block at last year's Challenge Race. The engine with the hole in the block is still installed in the car. I do have another engine that goes with the car, but it needs to be rebuilt and assembled.
New engine has been disassembled and the block has been cleaned and painted. I have a new (re-ground) crank, still in the box. I have all new main and rod bearings, new rings, new gasket set, new ARP rod bolts, all go with the car. You just need to finish the assembly of the engine and install it.
Interior has been removed from the car in order to lighten it, but I will include all removed parts, except for the carpet (it was trashed). Front and rear steel inner bumpers have been removed, these are gone and not included. Sunroof has been removed, but it included. Air bags have been removed, as well as passenger seat belts, but are included. Car weighs 2146 pounds, without the driver.
Car currently sits on 15" steel wheels with 205/20ZR15 Proxes RA1 on them. Included are the original 14" rims with unmatched street tires mounted.
Has generic Stainless Steel Header, OBX SS Cat Converter, and KYO SS Cat back exhaust.
Has some Energy Suspension bushings installed, remainder of full bushing set included.
Also, my plan was to install a turbo, so I have all the necessary parts for a turbo install from a Nissan Bluebird. This includes: cast manifold, T28 turbo, top mounted intercooler, BOV, manual boost controller, all necessary intercooler hoses and clamps.
Basically, everything I have for the car goes with the car. I hate to sell it, but it looks like I won't be able to make it to the Challenge in 2011 and I'd like to see some one finish this car.
