This is a 1993 mazda mx-6 LS with a v6 turbocharged motor. T3/t4 turbo kit the only thing the turbo needs is a wastegate. The car starts first time no trouble it needs brake lines one broke when i test drove the car. I bought the car how it sits for $1500 and just dont have the time or money to finish it. I dont know everything that was done to the car i know it has a stage 3 clutch flywheel. cams etc. im not a mechanic. the interior is stripped down needs seats and carpet. I have the stock headlights and borla exhaust for it. xmas is coming and it needs to go.

    E36 M3ty description, right?

Well.... i found this very same car for sale back in March.

Here's what's REALLY done to it. This thing has had some serious money dumped into it.

I am selling my project car I have had for over 8 years now. Tons of work and money have gone into this car. Its a 1993 Mazda MX6 LS with the 2.5 v6. The car is a 5 speed. It has apx. 140,000 miles. Maroon with black leather interior and black racing seats.

    Mods include:

    Jspec headlights with Hella hid's
    Ze manifold
    Pheno spacers
    Pmo 67mm throttle body
    Millennia S injectors
    Aeromotive fuel pressure regulator
    Clutchmaster stage 3
    Fidanza flywheel
    eBay turbo pipes
T3/t4 turbo with less than 500 miles
    RR motor mount inserts
    RR short shifter
    Full black leather interior swap
    Black racing seats
    B pillar and floor bar
    Rear strut bar
    19mm sway bar
    Eibach suspension
    11lb RX7 wheels
    Prd wires
    Prd fan shroud
    Alpine headunit
    Infinity speakers
    Alarm
Borla exhaust and test pipe (included only for my asking price)
I'm sure there is a lot more I'm forgetting...

The paint is starting to fade, and the clear is starting to peel, but otherwise it's in great shape. Tint is in great shape, and not faded at all.

The car needs a little work to be finished. The exhaust would need an extension, the oil feed line has a small leak, coolant hose under maniold has small leak, needs slimeline fan, needs a wastegate (has bov), and it needs a battery.

I hate to sell it, but I lost my garage, so it has to go asap. It's a well built car with a ton of quality parts, that is capable of making great power. My loss will be your gain.

This is a Challenge Ringer, and an incredible deal for someone.

    The JSpecs are ugly anyways.

    They do light better, though.

For those that are wondering... this car is a Megasquirt away from making a healthy amount over 300whp, and these things flat out HAUL even at low boost. I've got a buddy locally that trapped 116mph in the quarter on 5.5psi on a similar turbo setup. They're insane under boost.

    I would support that.

Just remember: Boosted KL = god mode.

Here's him running 115mph in the quarter on 5.5psi on a bullE36 M3 FMU setup. The car ran like this with no ill effects for years.

    116mph trap.

Not sure how good it would auto-x with the v6 sitting forward of the front wheels

Most FWD cars have the motor forward of the front wheels.

These do decently. There's a couple fast STX ones running around in the west half of the country.

With some good rubber (and there's plenty budget left for that,) it should easily place top half at the Challenge.

Danny Shields won a whole bunch of SCCA Solo national championships in the Mazda MX6.

My '96 Probe GT placed 16th in the 2006 Challenge autocross, bone stock except the Porterfield R4S pads and Hoosier A6 tires in 225/45-15. that was my last run of the day, which was the only run Al McCrispin took in my car. with more power, more rubber, and an autocross alignment, i'm sure it'll do just fine.

Just noticed this thing isn't intercooled.

Sounds strange, but i would leave it like that if someone here bought it. FMIC setups on these cars isn't real fun. Piece together a meth kit and Megasquirt, and crank the boost. Then try to NOT wet yourself.
