So its time to put my bike up for sale as I hardly ride it. Its a KLR 250 with 20k miles or so. Front brake pads, fork oil, fork seals and boots are all less than a year old. I put maybe 1k miles on the bike in that time. Bike runs great, starts first or second kick. I'm including a size M Fieldsheer jacket and pants. Both are waterproof and have zip-out quilted liners. Jacket has CE armor in shoulders, forearm/elbow and spine. Pants have CE armor in the knees and regular armor on the hips. Boots are FLY Maverick ATV boots, blue goggle are Oakley, black ones are something else, helmet is size XXL. Gloves are Scorpion. Dog is not included.

The bike is in Visalia, CA and the whole package is $1500.

Seems like a good deal. I'd be all over it if I were ready to buy a dual sport, but it's a bit too early. I have heard great things about KLR's.

I don't think the jacket would fit over my 48" chest and the bike might be a bit tall for my 30" inseam...yes, I'm built like Gimli.

Haha, the jacket may be a bit small but the bike should be fine. I have a 32" inseam and I can barely flatfoot it on both side when I'm wearing motorcycle boots. You only need one foot down anyway, right?

    You put 20k miles on a 250? I'm impressed.

I wish. I only put 1k or so on it. I've only had for a little over a year now and hardly rode it

I'm not sure the rules regarding any kind of bumping are so feel free to correct me.

Everything is still available and I'll separate the bike and gear.

I just remembered there's a flight from Visalia to Vegas, oddly enough. So fly here and ride it back. Adventure time!

Maybe when I was 20. At my age, the idea of riding a small-bore dual-sport for 6-8 hours does not amuse me.
