Buy it, and toss in a 95+ 3 cylinder trans. Nice wheels. Wonder why the trans is toast?

Wow, for once something in Ga has a title. Seems a tad high for one with so many miles and a toasted transmission. I still want of of these engines for a Spitfire conversion.

My trans is knackered, too. They seem to regularly munch up 2nd gear. I've had the second trans sitting in my garage for a year, but I haven't opened it up to see if it is whole. But that is double what I paid for mine, which has 15k less miles and came with a hatchload of spares.

It's not unfair if the car is otherwise good. Lot's of value left in there.

I love how the decal "Electronic Fuel Injection" is so much bigger than the lettering on the cam cover telling you it has dual overhead cams.

I peeled four separate stickers off mine that proclaimed to the world that it has 16 valves. I desperately wanted to put a 16 valve sticker on the GTO but good sense got the better of me.

I bought a new one in '89, it was a great car.

There was a 190E 16V that was around SPMP a few years ago with a 302 shoehorned in. The owner said "Hey, it DOES have sixteen valves."
