    1995 Chevy S-10 Super Sport 2WD with limited slip 4.3 CPI 160K

Picked this up a few months ago from a friend that lost storage on it. I was going to fix it up and use it to tow my Miata to Florida but I ended up getting a full size truck. Just replaced cap, rotor, plugs (all of them, not just 5 like the last person) cleaned ERG valve because it was stuck open, checked CPI injector for leaks, and replaced coolant temp switch. Truck now runs and idles well but it really needs brakes. Body is rough but it does come with a set of white SS door shells, front bumper, and bumper end caps. I’d like $700 for it just to get back what I put into it.

Truck is located in Hingham, MA

    Hello, is this thing on?

    Auto or stick?

My son is looking to put his 2008 GTi in storage in favor of something less dingable. His fiance doesn't do sticks. If it's an auto and you still have it please call me.

Sorry for the delay, I only have internet access at work right now.

Truck is an auto (4L60E) and as for the brakes I’d replace just about everything. Rotors are very thin like they have been turned a few times past spec and are rusty because it was sitting for over a year before I got it. One caliper likes to lock up and the brakes hoses are old and cracked. I did not take apart the rear because I’m sure I’d be just as disappointed as the fronts.

For those who have PM'ed me I'll try and answer them by the end of today

Ah, well, I'm out then... I'm sure it's a good deal, but I'm 4 hours away and I don't feel like rebuilding a brake system, at least not in this cold.

    Good luck with the sale

Just returned some PM's and the truck should be picked up this weekend. If this falls thought I'll update the thread.

    Thanks
