    Herd thinning time...

NOTE - wheels are not included. Car currently has some stock 14" steelies on it. (This is the side with the damage, that's the extent of it.)

    The good:

Will come with low mileage stock shocks and a set of Neuspeed race springs

Will have a non adjustable ST rear bar (Giles' old rear sway bar)

No front sway bar - that's the fast way y0!

Paint is actually pretty decent its red/dark grayish silver

Front radius rod bushings were replaced and it was rebuilt in June of 2008

Front brakes are Hawk HP Plus with new rotors replaced in October 2008

Rear trailing arm bushings were replaced in March of 2008

Rear brakes were replaced and freshened up with OE shoes, wheel cylinders, etc

Most of the brake lines on the car are new

Car actually stops better than most CRXes, ask anyone that has driven it Master cylinder was rebuilt in April 2006

Fuel filter was replaced in May 2009

More stuff that I cannot remember

    The bad:

Car had rust, rust was fixed, but not fixed the real way (fiberglassed instead of using cut metal)

One small dent/ripple on the left rear corner

Car will not have an engine in it

Driver's seat will be stock with a tear in it

Heater doesn't work, I replaced the front panel with an EG panel but its still a mediocre heater at best

Car would be a perfect GRM Challenge candidate, SMF candidate or STS candidate.

    $700 for the whole thing

Car needs to go away by the end of the month. If you have a remote interest contact me. If I had to do it all over... I'd buy this, add a B18 (there is one for sale in VA on roadraceautox.com), add some shocks and go racing in SMF or $2010 challenge.

Looking through my emails there are tons of items I missed - rear hubs were replaced in 2006, new speedo-cable, steering rack was rebuilt, the entire brake system was taken apart and rebuilt or replaced, rear trailing arm bushings, entire front end was rebuilt, shifter bushings were replaced. There are many other items I've forgotten.

If you keep dropping the price I'm going to be tempted to come get it and you're a long way from Alabama.

    Is the car drivable?

Once you put in an engine we can only hope it is driveable.

New price... $700 for the whole thing. Throw an engine in and the car will drive. If I had the time I would throw my old engine in and drive it to the owner.

    $700 for the car

    $1000 for a B series Honda motor

Sell the sunroof, seats and other crap and make $400

    Buy suspension with that $400

Spend the rest on wheels and tires

Go have fun at the GRM Challenge. Paint looks fine on the car, the small ripple can be easily touched up. Here are a couple of other pictures that are more recent, again doesn't come with the wheels. The ripple is on the driver's side rear quarter.

Up, need this damn thing gone.

I didn't pilfer what I had planned to pilfer, but did pilfer other things.

No door panels - need them for my other car

No sunroof - will be replaced with a riveted panel

No passenger seat - keeping them as stock 88 Si seats are becoming impossible to find

    The bad:

    No engine

Had rust, wasn't fixed with metal

Small ripple on driver rear quarter

    Driver's seat has a tear

    The good:

The body is in good shape aside from the one ripple

Most of the rubber bushings have been replaced in the last 2 years

    Hubs have been replaced

    Steering rack was rebuilt

Most of the brake system was replaced or rebuilt in the last few years

Very nicely welded with Burns stainless v-band clamp exhaust

Will have the non adjustable ST rear bar on it

    What the car needs:

    Engine

Better suspension - I've seen Koni/GC used sets going for $250

    Passenger seat

    Wheels and tires

If someone offered me $500 for the car they can have it. I have the clean title gathering dust. The plan was to make this into a $2010 car, but life has gotten in the way. Someone could easily make this into a fun <$1000 track toy. Car is located close to Pittsburgh, PA. If current pictures are desired I can take some this week. I can help sourcing the pieces that the car needs.

Unless you have a sister or daughter in her mid-late 20s who has a tow vehicle and makes 6 figures, then yes we'll trade.
