Not working due to electrical issues...I think this would make a good track or challenge car though. I would love it if I had to time to work on it.

There's a similar one in StL. 1200 I think. I'm looking for a rolling chassis or blown engine. Thats about 300 + driving out of my range. Damn kids and their drifting.

good friend of mine in Raleigh is going to look at it and, if it is at least a decent roller, and the engine turns over by hand, is going to front the money I'm short on for this and I'm going to pay him back. this just might be my $2012 challenge car. I figure after I get it running all I have to budget is seats, boost controller, and rubber basically. Add some lightness to it and it's good to go.

Neither I nor my friend ever got an email back from the guy and there was no other way to contact him in the ad so I guess I'm giving up.
If the 280z roller that just got listed as a feeler here does end up being put up for sale I will be buying it hopefully. I wanna put an l28 back in it and work it over. Plus fender mounted mirrors. lol -

I'm interested in everything, I especially love Z cars though, which is why I'm really hoping the 280 goes up for sale and I can get it. But I've found a 71 vw fastback on charlotte cl that is running, roughly, but running just the same that would be pretty cool. The Z car is number one choice right now, I'm about to finally be semi-debt free so I will have some money lol. Plus I should be getting a lot back from taxes.
