Not crazy about the color but if all it needs is a wheel bearing BRING IT ON. Lack of a title by the owner is worrisome. Probably just a kid, with the car still in his moms name.

I dig the color, it's fresh! I'd rock that thing, that color looks really good with the right wheels and some tint.
