Ok, so this year's Challenge is in the books and the 2 cars I bought that were slated for it are no longer needed. Both are listed on ebay with pics and all the pertinant information, and if any of you are interested in either one, I will knock 200$ off the price so that they fall into 2011 guidelines. And if you decide to take the Subie, I'll leave the nitrous kit installed. If you pay my listing price for the Geo, I'll throw the nitrous kit in from the Subie, so basically whichever sells first gets a free nitrous kit. You can search my user name on ebay for the ads, upstownal , can't get the links thing to work on my phone.

Which one you interested in? Indiana's just a hard days drive from here, who knows..for the right price??

The Subie has some rust around the windshield mostly, that the po tried to seal with 3M silicone sealant, the cam seals were leaking for so long the underside has been preserved. The only "rust" spot of importance underneath is where some jerk wad tried to lift the car and the pad made a hole in front of the rear passenger wheel.

I was thinking of the Subie. I need a good reliable winter beater for my 100-mile commute. Think it would hold up for 15kmi ok? How's the heater?

Heater and ac both work great, I've only had the car for a short while, but it starts every time and runs with no issues on my 35-40 mile commute. I'd be willing to take 1600 for it since it will need a clutch soon, doesn't slip while driving but does chatter when taking off slow sometimes. Also, I haven't driven it for a few days and we had some rain and it seems some water is getting in through the windshield silicone repair, that might need to be addressed soon. Add another 350 and I'll drive it out to you..

Nah, just trying to cut down on the comments from the wife and kids. If I can get rid of 1 or 2 they should get off my case for a while. I really don't want to get rid of the Sprite or Fiat but,.............if the price is right,........... who knows..
