the b-series mounts for a 1g crx/3g civic are equal to the asking price. torsion bars are 250 + shipping. illuminas are about 325. this a helluva deal for someone close. too bad I'm a 2 day drive away, and gas is an arm and a leg.

Whats with the B prepped cars in Cali. There is an austin mini B prepped on mini-mania in Cali for sale.. Very tempted.. It was like $1500 as well.

The Honda-Tech thread linked from his craigslist ad suggests he used modified stock mounts, not the HASport kit. Maybe it was a clean job, who knows, but that would ding the value a lot IMO.

For a straight 1g Si with intact fenders, header panel, torsion bars, struts, and rear swaybar, $650 is a fair price IMO. $500 is even better. I could spit and find rust-proof 1g's 2 years ago, but now "unmolested" non-turds are getting damned near impossible to find.
