Running/driving/title-having examples show up for sub $1k often enough on crazedlist.org that you can have one if you really want it. (by really want it I mean: after you think long and hard about it and have to scrounge up the $1k for it and explain to your SO why you will probably spend the next several years working on a car but it is REALLY COOL so it is worth it type of want it)
