That's not a car trailer. It's a utility trailer.
The ramps don't change that.
The steel sides are too high for most car doors, the length is too short for many cars, and the lack of brakes makes it questionable for use as a car trailer.
However, your price is fair for a utility trailer. I have used an identical one to tow a car, but it was a Yugo which is only 10' long and weighs 1100 lbs.

I've hauled lots of cars with it so that makes it a utilitarian trailer which would increase the value of it. I'll not raise the price after finding out it has multiple uses.
The ramps are factory and its great for race cars but due to the width I have to climb out the window.

To add brakes is no big deal, and a very good idea.
