It's a Hard Dog for sure. M1 Hard Core Double Diagonal by the looks of it. It'll fit any 1990-97, but won't work with the glass window on a 1999-05. There should be some backing plates for all four feet, but they're fairly easy to replicate if required or you could probably get them from Hard Dog.
$100 is a killer deal.
