46K miles! Wow. I had one for a week when they were new, and remember the numb steering, sloggy engine response and lousy mileage. That said, there are ways to overcome those. But with 46K miles, I'd be very reluctant to modify it.

i want one so bad. i have the complete drivetrain to swap in one too.... EFI 4.7L stroker, ax15 5sp, and np231 transfer case, even a locked disked 8.25 axle...
