1994 No-sunroof VW Golf GL 2-door with 186k miles. Some rust here and there that was fixed with welded-in patches/treated and seam sealed. Runs great, decent tires (it now has the 14x6 alloys and Sumitomos from the 95 on it). Just drove from Delaware to FL with zero issues.

    $1400.

Pics on the early part of the GRM Golf project car page.

Let's get it out of my driveway so I can concentrate on the '95 or the LeGrand.

Hey Per. My brother is looking for a Golf. How quickly would you need this out of your way? If he's interested in it I could pick it up in October at the challenge.

Probably would sell for a few hundred bucks less if you didn't want the headliner or carpet. It's the new 'it' car in ITB. Could keep better wheels/tires too.

So far my craigslist ad has netted me offers for tattoo work and comic books. That right there is the essence of craigslist.

    Per,

Passed this on to my little sister last night, haven't heard what she thinks about it yet. If she wants to take a road trip to look at it are you available this weekend?

that was the first time I actually sold something on craigslist. I got about 30 spam emails and three real bites. first person that drove the car, bought it. Got 1150. good enough.
