Here's the list, pics and more stuff to follow:

Nice chrome bumpers, with guards, from a '77 Rabbit.

Nice black aluminum bumpers off of an '83 Rabbit GTI, with original accessory Bosch fog lights.

3 16" TSW VX1 wheels with crap tires on them, but I can remove them for free.

1 17" TSW VX1 wheel, has some road rash on the lip, but balances out and holds air.

I'm open to all offers, and have a crap load of other parts that will be showing up soon.

P.S. - Paul, I haven't forgotten about you. The Fox got blocked in at work by two non-running cars, but I should have that situation straightened out by this weekend.

Any idea what it would cost to ship the 16" rims to 35004?

I'm sure there is, but I'll be damned if I can remember it. I once had a set of each. I know two of the 17"s I had dropped off at a tire shop to have tires put on them. I knew a guy there, and I told them I was in no hurry and he'd mount them between jobs (for free). Well after a couple of weeks, we went to mount them and they were gone. A scrapper had come by on his day off, and since the shop had no record of them, and they were pretty rough looking, his coworkers assumed they were junk. That still leaves 1 16 and 1 17 unaccounted for, and I can't for the life of me remember why.

I figure they are worth about $15 a piece in scrap, so a little more than that. Maybe $25 a piece? $100 for all three shipped?

I'm thinking maybe $35 for the front, since it has those swanky Bosch fog lights, and $20 for the rear. I'll try to get pics tonight, although they will probably be crappy pics since it's dark by the time I get home from work.

I have a set of Camaro rims that I want to ship, but the cheapest is $20-$25 per wheel.

Is there a more GRM way to ship four rims?

Four is tricky, unless they are light wheels. The price doesn't go up much until it hits the 70lb mark. The company I work for gets a pretty good discount too.

Here's the ultra-crappy pics I just took in the dark, using only a flash light and the camera's flash. I'll get better ones this weekend when I have a little day light.

14"x6" steel 4x100mm race wheels with OLD BFGs. I don't remember the brand of the wheels, but they're in great condition. I have all the lug bolts if you intend on using them on a VW or Audi. I can remove the tires so they'll be easier to ship. $100

2 Volvo 240 tail lights, one with the back up light lens missing and one with a crack in the corner. Also have a bunch of extra bulb holders and some trim that goes on the back of a 240. Price: What ever you will give me.

Fisher C-Box CD holder for an A2 VW. $10

1996-1999 Taurus or Sable master window switch. $10

Front and rear fenders for a '70-up VW Type 3. The rears are really nice, the fronts have a little rust. It's pretty easy to see on the right side, but the left side is starting to bubble where the right side is obviously rusted. $Offer.

I totally forgot to check for oil coolers. I'll do that tomorrow.

In reply to 16vCorey: I've decided against the 16's you have for sale but might be interested in the 14x6's if a deal on another set of rims falls through. Would the shipping be about the same as on the 16's?

Hey, man. I can't make heads or tales of those bumpers. Do you have any of those Cabby bumpers with the solid mounts? Or just the mounts? Rabbit needs to go on a diet.

I would think so. I don't remember how much they weigh, but I would imagine the four of them probably weighs pretty close to the same as three 16" VX1s.

Do you mean as opposed to the hydraulic bumper shock that's on most of them? I don't think so, but I'll check.

Correct. They are supposedly solid and sit a little closer to the body than the hydraulic or Pickup fronts. I can't say I remember ever seeing a set, but according to the tex, they do exist. Mid-80's I think, before the plastic bumpers.
