$600 bones for what is basically an F350 you can sleep in at the track? Not too shabby. The engine "shaking" could be anything from a misfire to a motor mount to a shot engine.

I have a 1990 diesel E350, but with an ambulance conversion for style points. I sleep in it at the race track.

It's not awesome and doesn't have AC, but it tows my car and trailer, and it was cheap :)
