If there was any place in the world where TBI GM trucks seem to concentrate, it would be here. While scrounging around in the shop I ran across the Superchip performance chip that was in my '90 Chevy 1/2 ton; it's set up for a 350 and manual transmission.

It's used, but in the original box, and it worked perfectly the whole time I owned the truck. We CFC-ed the truck and I couldn't see scrapping the chip too.

    How about $60 shipped?

Does it need the VSS to operate?

It just replaces stock chip in the factory ECU, so it probably needs everything the stock one does.

Any interest in this at all? Guess I thought the manual trans programming would peak more interest. Shoot me an offer if you might want it before I buy another truck to use it in.

Sort of interested but I have a TBI with an auto. Any idea what if anything would need to be changed for it to work?

pretty sure the auto chip takes into account the load from the converter and putting it into gear and the manual doesn't. i know my truck used to have a manual, now has an auto, doesn't work the best.
