I will save you from yourself. The EPA rating is 15/18. You will be extremely lucky if you get anything above 12mpg.

The oil pan is different between the 4matics and the non-4matics. Since the 4matics are powered by 6 cylinder engines, I don't know if the 4matic pan would fit your OM602. That's only ONE complication.
That said, having had friends who used to own a 4matic wagon nearly identical to the one in the ad, you couldn't give me one. I have a W124 diesel and love it, but the early 4matics...If you buy it, I think you'll wish you didn't.

I actually don't want the 4matic at all. I just want a wagon, that being said, ONLY if it has the 3rd row seat.
