NA Rust Repair panels DESCRIPTION Hi, we have been marketing these panels for about 8 months now, just received our 5Th shipment, I am always amazed at the quality of these every time I open the box, they are super. These are made to repair the common rear quarter rust on the NA Miata (1990-97) We have sold many sets, and we have not received one negative feedback on them. Obviously the miata world looks at them with the same eye for quality that I do. I am in the building trades by profession and am super picky, things either are right, or they are not. And I cant stand Wrong!!. Some of our customers have welded these in, and some have epoxied them "over" the affected area. I can see the plus and minus to either. You need to decide whats right for you! These are in Black primer, they need to be installed, filled, and painted. They do not come in any other colors, or are they meant to be a finished product! When I was considering fixing some rust on my race car, I had intended to cut them at the "groove" and make my repair/fill there. you can use as much or little of these as you need. One of our customers wrote up a nice article on Miata.net, and a few others chimed in with support.

The shipping on these is a little pricey because of the size, but the good thing is that I can ship up to 4 for the same cost! so if you buy 2 its the same shipping, buy 4 same shipping! find a friend and split it (as long as they go in the same box to the same address.

Or save Shipping all together and drive to Racine Wi and pick them up. We are marketing these on a national auction site for 94.50 plus 29.95 shipping

Special pricing to forum members! 85.00 each and 24.95 shipping (up to 4 in a box same price) many pictures here http://btdtracing.com/gallery/v/Parts/rear+quarters/

I am truly Sorry to overseas and AK,PR,HI customers but we only ship these via Ups in the lower 48 States. ;(

    HAHA john!

Keith, this is all we have talked them into making so far, we are negotiating for some front fenders, but so far no go. They did ask us about sills at one point, but then backed off.

How close would one of those fit on an NB, if I just used the lower 10-12" of it? NBs do rust in the same spot, just takes a little longer here in salted Michigan. Any plans or demand for the equivalent NB part?

In reply to DeadSkunk: I can get the nb ones as well, so far we have just concentrated on the na. If your serious I can contact my supplier and have some shipped, might take a little extra time though since we havent decided to stock them yet. Actually has been on our mind! I would assume my price point on the Nb's would be similar, but I dont know that for sure yet. let me know if you are interested!

The lower corner of the door on an nb is curved, and I think the rocker is "fatter" meaning once it curves under and starts to go horizontal there is a farther distance to the pinch weld. If that makes sense.
