    Hey all,

Got an MSD 8980 here in unknown condition. I don't think these things ever break though. If you get it and it's not working, I'd be more than happy to refund you. Fine gentlemen of this board deserve the best.

I have no idea what it's worth, I'm just pawning off all the random stuff cluttering the garage so I can pay for gas and etc.

Here's a beautiful picture of the unit in all it's ignition timing glory.

It appears to have a 4 degree pill installed at the moment.

And finally we got this random turbocharger from lord knows what. I have a hard time quantifying shaft play, suffice to say it has some wiggle but nothing that seems astonishingly bad. The shaft spins without any sort of grab, but it definitely feels like there's no oil in there! I have no idea how long it's been sitting, but it came with a Nissan CA18DET from Japan land. I have confirmed that this is not the stock turbocharger. It has a strange flange, much like the Volvo T3 flange pictured below.

I have no idea what it's worth. Last time I threw a junkyard turbo on ebay it sold for $150. This one is nicer. But that doesn't really mean anything when it comes to ebay.

If you want it shoot me an email. If you have e30 parts, even better. Trying to get that little guy running tip top.

Compressor inlet is 2" inside diameter, not that it means anything really. You can assume that all the lines are borked.

That flange looks like the flange on the turbo that I pulled from a Volvo, but I don't remember what kind of Volvo it was.

    That's a Garret/AiResearch T3 from a 240 or 740 turbo.
