So you are saying the offset will push the wheel lip 9mm further out towards the outside of the car? It looks to me that these will push the lip of the wheel more towards the inside of the car with relationship to the mounting flange. I could be wrong on that though. I have not seen many negative offset wheels,but again I am new to this stuff.

Yes, negative means the mounting surface of the wheel is behind the centerline of the rim. 0 offset means that it is centered on the wheel.

These are sold.
Robert, the back of these wheels is completely smooth, so you could re-drill any pattern as long as it didn't interfere with the existing bolt holes.
