I'm running down to SC late next week from NY, near Binghamton, if you need something moved, let me know and I'll measure my space and give you a super grassroots price.

Can easily handle engines, trans, rears, and even a nose all enclosed.

I'm actually on LI, NY if that helps, I'll be going up to Binghamton to pick up a Vette to take to Charleston. So if you find anything on the immediate route ( mapquest it ) or a few minutes off, I can pick it up for you. On the way back from Charleston I'll be empty (40' enclosed trailer) so space isn't an issue, going down though it'll be tight.

wow this could be the most elaborate challenge car purchase ever...TJ (from this board) has worked a deal on the bmw he found on his local craigslist. now if supercoupe can swoop it up on the way down the coast?

supercoupe, i am trying to get a 1975 bmw cs. from Chesapeake, VA to the Raleigh, or Wilmington NC area. what do you think? i have buddies in both areas with garage space until i can make the trip.

the bmw guy wants the car gone by march 20. my wife and I just had our 3rd kid THIS MORNING, so a roadtrip is out of the question right now.

the car is only 15' long, so theres hope

if you want to discuss this idea further... jonhaas@bellsouth.net
