There was a guy who got one of these, bagged the rear suspension, and used to roll his formula cars in and out of the back of the bus. This was back in the days of racing at Bridgehampton!
Tow, no, just stuff the vehicle in the back, and "camperize" the front half. Seen it, it worked.

That was Buddy Pugliese's bus. I've done a couple myself, but didn't bag them. I just used long ramp's (12') and ramped the inside floor to the wheel wells. The biggest drawback is the lack of storage underneath. An older furniture truck will work well also. Look for one with an attic over the cab.
