4 lug wheels = smaller brakes and probably non-limited slip rear end. You could find a better car and do the swap for less.

Why is the hood upside down in the dirt next to the car? Also, it's probably clay tracked by shoes, but what is the brownish discoloration on the driver's side rocker panel?
