I bought quite a few of these for a project a while ago and have some left over. They are most likely unsold overstock but they are unused and in their original boxes. I have used many of them and they work well. The free shipping assumes your shipping is reasonable. Paypal is the way to pay.

I bought 12 and used quite a few, the ones I am unloading are unused. I will probably hook each one up to a battery to test it before I ship just to be sure it works as advertised. So I guess each one will be very slightly used.
