Says it smokes a lot... i bet it's just the turbo, and not the valve seals. I would LOVE to get a hand on this and the 323GT that was posted a few days ago and subject them to the spare turbos i have lying around. Arg.

I talked to the guy. He's a nice enough guy and he's an car guy. There's some more rust than I was hoping there was going to be. One of the rockers has a hole, the other some rust, firewall had some hole fixed if I remember.
After talking with him, I don't think it's the turbo. Stops when it warms up but I guess it's bad when it starts. He feels, and I probably agree, that it's best to just drop in a later Storm motor for the increased displacement (every bit helps, right?)
It was just more of a project then I can take on with the other 6 projects (and maybe more) on my plate.
