I had this on my 2.5L Phase II Subaru Forester. It will fit all the 2.5 RS models. Phase I and II 2.5L's. Not sure about the 2.2L Subies.
Weight is about 12.4 lbs (stock was 26.4 lbs.). I believe it's an Exedy. It's steel and should be resurfaced.

I also have a Borla stainless header for the dual port Subie motors but I really don't want to ship it. $275 if someone really wants it.
