I am committing to doing an IRS conversion on my Celica in the future, as a results I have some goodies to sell.

All parts are located in Hampton VA, e-mail: blaze86vic at gmail dot com

1st is an aluminum spool for Toyota 6.7" ( pre-1986 AE86), looking for $125 shipped OBO, normally sells for about $180 shipped (Here is a link to them for sale, SKU: 9701008, 10 BOLT TOYOTA). - Spool is the same thing as a welded diff, only the proper method, and it weighs less than 2lbs as compared to more than 12 lbs for the welded open diff. I had installed a new gear and new bearings onto the spool, but I never did run it. Before I got around to actually assembling the diff, I got a TRD 2-Way LSD and swapped the spool out. So it's basically new, below are a couple pictures of it.

I have a few extra diff housings. I am looking to make some money on them, so for $120 shipped ea. I will sell them smoothed and powder coated like the one I installed on my car (pics below). If someone wants a different color let me know. I think I have 3 or 4 of them.

I also have a pair of Kouki AE86 GTS side gears for a Kouki LSD, $40 shipped. I converted it to Zenki before I sold the LSD it self. So if you have a Zenki GTS with the stock LSD, you can convert you LSD to run Kouki axles at a fraction of the cost of buying a Kouki LSD.

Got any chucks with gears still in them?

I have a welded 3.90, strait out of a 74 Celica GT with 55K original miles. All the rest I have destroyed the gears on.

For $600 shipped, I'll take the welded diff out, put the aluminum spool in, new pinion seal and crush washer, clean, smooth and powder coat the housing, and re-assembly and align.
