After market hardtop, not factory, but still woth something. I'd take a look at the floorboard, and then decide . Motor, trans, etc, are easy. Bodywork, not so much ...

The bumpers are desirable. That hard top not so much.
The tail lights aren't too valuable.

If it was closer, I'd buy it to strip. The bumpers look worth it. If the door handles work, those alone are worth a good percentage of the asking price.
