Hey guys. I'm looking for a Volvo 240 or 242. Less then $1000, the cheaper the better.
Only criteria are must be manual, would rather avoid rust as best possible, if it is far needs to run well enough to get to NY. Would perfer a 2 door sedan, but will except a 4 door. Wagon if its really cheap. The idea is to use it as a rally donor, so not much else on the car matters.

I looked at this one the other day as a possible challenge car but really just did not fall in love with it. Mechanically pretty sound but the suspension seems shot and electronic gremlins kept popping up. Alabama car very rust free.
It bet it would make the trip to NY and the owner was willing to negotiate on price if you do not want the extras...
