Well, I was looking for an 8v92 for a rat rod project that I was gathering parts for, but I bought a 6v71T instead. Still should have enough torque to pull around a 3400 lbs. vehicle with authority. It's gonna be my rat rod tow-pig.

If were closer and I could somehow hide it from my wife, I would buy that firetruck. Do you think I could put a tarp over it?

I wish. My bigger shop fell through and there isn't enough room to park it out side.

Heck, I'd part with mine for $800, no drivetrain unless you want to play with a Chrysler industrial 413 and 727, but comes with a 2-speed rear and extra front axle and slew of tires.
Google 1948 American Lafrance 700 series for a picture, can't seem to get my linky working anymore.
