Two various family members (brother and mom to be exact) need new tires for their cars. Both need 14 inch tires and a set of 4 for each. Cheap as possible and all season are only requirements. Anybody have anything or can point me in the right direction? I'm in eastern PA for geographic purposes..

I scored two sets of 14" snows off of my local CL this year. I would have had a third but the old codger wouldn't drop 10 from his $220 asking price, and all I had was $211 and some pocket change on me
Try local salvage yards, or Tire stores that keep decent used tires from customers.

I actually found a guy on CL who sells nearly new tires in the price range and mounts/balances them as well. I'm gonna throw the Bridgestones that came with my car on some 15 inch steelies/alloys and put them on my mom's car (since they only have 10k miles on them).
