I might be able to hook you up with some parts...I took apart a '82 wagon up to use the drive train and some other stuff in a Type 11 replica. I would love to sell off some of the remaining bits.
The guys at HybridZ may know where a roller is...they probably get rid of them after pulling the L24 out.

It looks like you really will have to travel for this one. A casual look east of the Mississippi and below the rust belt turns up nothing older than an '85 in Memphis with nothing this old in Atlanta....so there are times when it can't be found in Atlanta. You may need to go west of the Mississippi, and even to California.

Yeah, I looked all over the U.S. and the only other old Maximas I found were 2 '85s and 2 or 3 '87s. Finding a RWD Maxima is like finding a black pearl in a coal mine.

I was gunna say I didnt know they came in coupe flavor... But ill have to pass on the coupe as this 810 is actualy not going to be a project... Using one as a family hauler and daily cause they are crazzy reliable and I have an megasquirts ecu already setup for an "L" also got a set of ssr mesh that will look extra banging on it :D
Yeah leaning twords wagon but at this point sedan is looking good... was hoping to find a low mile rustless (as can be) running but I doubt that'll happen :( Anway if you guys seen anything lmk please ;)
Also, if someone has an account on the maxima fourms, linkem to this or somthing, I just got an account and they wont let me post yet(15 reply post count required)

I just remembered, there is/was? a sedan about 15 miles from where I'm sitting. For the longest time a used car dealership had this sedan on CL...I wouldn't be surprised if it pops up again. Downside? well, it has a paint job that looks like it was done with leftover battleship paint (and Jacksonville is a seaport).
I guess I forgot about that car because I haven't seen it in awhile, certainly long enough ago for it to "fall off" CL.
Do you want me to try to find this sedan?

I'm in Jacksonville, Fl. and the car is/was? about halfway between downtown Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, Fl.
It has "fallen off" CL, so it will take a day or two to locate the used car lot I saw it on. (I remember seeing the car on CL and passing it on the way to the beach several times)...I just don't remember the name of the dealer or which side street it was on.

Actualy ive been talking to him already, still trying to work out E36 M3 but not holding breath Supposed to send mr pics of the rust but haven't heard from him in a day
If anyone wants to go scope it out for me I'vegot dudes real number (think his friend posted it for him)

I know of one sitting behind a body shop. 4 door 810. No clue on condition as far as running. The body looks ok. I don't know about the underbody or if the guy is willing to sell. The car is in Cullman AL.

Well, I talked to the guy with the wagon, add soon as taxes hit ill be making a 8hour journy to jersey... If ya see a really fat guy driving a wagon maxima prolly being tailec by a beat up s12, wave at me lol:D
