Looking for a set of used drag slicks for my Miata. I think I need something close to 24.5 x 8.0 x 15

    In reply to Pseudosport:

Try some inexpensive formula continental slicks. 23x9x13. They have no sizewall stiffness at all so they grip pretty well on a drag launch. They actually collapse down like deflated balloons with no air in them - just like drag slicks. I used a pair in the rear to autocross on for a couple of years.

I have a pair of Goodyears in the softest compound rotting in the garage that you can have for free if you can pick up in Roswell, GA. Formula V works wonders on old Goodyears.

I was hoping to find a set closer to me so I have time to find rims and make sure everything fits but if not I’ll let you know. I could always pick them up on my way down to the challenge.

Here is a pic of a pair of FC clicks on my car using 13x7 4.0" BS Libra's (BMW 320/2002) circa 1995.

Here is a pic of said Goodyears on 13x7 Kiezers with 4.5" BS circa 2000.
