Crap! this wagon needs to be a GT...How much for the engine trans harness.... All the goodies, as well as mileage?

I just saw this thread. I saw a diesel Escort Wagon sitting in a field in Harrisonburg, VA. I've made a new thread for it.

Mileage is high. It's either ~180k or ~280k. Makes good power, trans is good, harness doesn't look too crispy. Have a spare head to go with that you'll want to put on, since this one's seals are shot. Has a bad secondary IACV, so it burns some coolant in the #3 cylinder. I do NOT have a replacement, so that'll be on you. Could probably use a new TPS or VAF. Think there's a dead spot in one or the other. Will sometimes hesitate with rapid application of WOT. Is just fine if you're smooth with it. Could also be a plug covered in oil from leaky valve seals or something. Hasn't bugged me.

It's dependable, sounds good, makes more power than i expected, and has lots of new parts. (Timing belt, intake tube, starter, alternator, dizzy, coil, etc etc etc)

For a GRM'er, $200 picked up. For the whole thing, i'll throw in the FSB and GT grill if you want it. It'll be a few weeks before it's ready. Gotta take it out and replace with the KLZE first.
