You heard me. I'd love to find a set of Ronal R9s. In particular, 15x7 5x112 ET23. I know they exist.

    Got any?

    How about 15x9 et11?

I will keep an eye out for you.

I love R9s. I have a set of 16's. What are you putting them on, a Benz?

(And if you don't mind me elbowing my way into your thread, I'm looking for center cap if anyone has a spare that they'd sell.)

I can get my hands on a set of 15x7s but they're 5x114 and probably a higher offset.

They're for the Westfalia I think they look perfect on the van, and the fitment is the same as a few Mercedes. A 15x9 ET11 probably wouldn't fit, though. If you go too far out, you can't open the rear sliding door anymore!

I think Enkei made a wheel that is very similar to these. They might be a little easier to find in that size. I think this will look awesome on a Westie!

    Got a name for it?

I went up into the archives (24 degree attic, Brrrr....) and found a Tire Rack ad in the June 1989 issue of Car and Driver. Looks like it's either the 83 or EK83. Tire Rack lists it as 14x6 or 15x6. Not sure if they've offered other sizes since then, but they came in both four and five bolt.

For $200, I would have bought them and then found an old Benz to put them under. Or, make some hose racks.

    No kidding.

If anyone finds a set of the ones I need for $200, I authorize you to purchase immediately and I will pay you back

    FOUND!

A set showed up on eBay today with an acceptable Buy It Now, so I Bought Them Then. Not $200, but less than the ugly Mercedes wheels sold by all the Vanagon shops.

When they get here! It's going to look very much like this, though. My VW is slightly lighter and I think my wheels are as well. I may have to polish the lips, I'm such a sucker for dark wheels with polished lips.

Those are ATS classics, ATS and Ronal both made the Pentas for AMG.
