might be able to help you out there, i have an early s10 rear sitting next to the barn at my dads house. what is a pair worth? i usually sell whole rears to a local rebuilder for 50 bux, been keeping this one around as spare parts.

What years came with the rear you are looking for. I have a 93 S-10 parts truck with a 4-cyl and 5 speed so the gear ratio should be pretty good. I just don't know what the spline count is, it is still on the truck at the moment.

the one i have is a 3.73 i think. are you looking for whole rear end or just axle shafts?

I only need axles,but if it a 28 spline I need the center also. Right now I am running 2.73 posi. 3.08:1 fit the 2 series diff. I know I will need 3.08"1 to pull the top end when the next engine is done. BTW, I have 3.73:1 if anyone needs them.

I'll take a whole rear if it is easier. i will be needing 2 sets of axles, if past history is any indication of what could happen

3.73:1 gears are going to a Challenger's car. I offered them for free. He has high ratio sets that he offering to me. Noted for back up to the related build(s).
BTW, I have one complete rear being picked up tonight, at a 'get it outta here price'. I am still seeking more. Thanks for the help guys.
