I want to trade even up for a TDi of similar value.
Specifics of my car:
2005 Black Magic Jetta GLI 1.8T automatic. 135K miles, newer brakes, 40k on the timing belt, new coils, dealer maintained including a Castrol Synthetic oil service every 5k miles. New passenger axle shaft last week. Will need tires at some point in the next 10k miles but are decent for now.

Approximate value is $7500.00 as it rolls. I would be interested in trading down + cash but would prefer to stay equal.
Looking for a TDi Jetta, a wagon would be awesome but I would go for a Beetle as well.
