My roomie and I were going to do an engine swap in his '99 4 door escort, and ended up with an engine from a wrecked ZX2. You know, the twin cam 130hp version. It ran when it was pulled. Since then, he has acquired a brand new Impreza, and is giving his 'scort to his sis. So now we are left with an engine sitting in my porch. It would be good for a swap into an older 'scort, or in your 4-door. We have the computer, wiring harness, half shafts, and a CAI. Looking for $150 or best offer. Come pick it up. I could possibly assist in delivery, if it isn't too far. I'd have to borrow my mom's pickup. My Celica doesn't quite have that kind of cargo capacity.

Where are you and is the tranny an automatic?

The tranny is a 5-sp, and I am located in Windsor, CT. It is pretty close to Hartford. I will post pics soon, as I am gonna start clearing out the porch. There are more car parts in that porch than I'd care to admit.
