I spent most of Monday browsing craigslist for my local area - dallas / ft worth. Just now before heading off to bed, I recalled seeing a lot of you guys posting classifieds from the Atlanta, GA area - so I checked it out and found this; looks real good to me. GL if any of you go for it.
