Bonded title is about it unless you "know" a guy. I think I know a guy but I won't be able to confirm until late March. Reading that sounds so wrong but I'm too tired to fix it.

I see a 4 wheeled production based vehicle commonly called a "wagon".  Think you might have to LS swap it to be competitive though.

A Tecumseh or Kholer swap would probably still hit that mark.
