The back end opens to show off the viper jet motor, which he intended to do flame shows with. He bought this jet from the railroad, which used it to de ice the tracks. WOW. though, I noticed power windows don't work and AC does not work. One or the other would be okay but both not working causes summertime issues driving around in the glass green house sweat-box.

The bad top paint is just some carbon fiber wrap away from being perfectly good again.
Shouldn't be hard to fix the windows. I have a parts car sitting in my backyard right now with manual windows that could donate the regulators. If I had the money I would go buy it, it's everything I wish my 240 wagon was.

Offer that guy $300, sell the trans and any pieces of the engine, subframe, A/C, etc. and now you have a good starter for an Ecotec swap that should come in around 2000lbs.
Do not sell those awesome seat covers.
